GPR Planning — TT & MMT
Live from Planning, DPR and the Report E bindings. End-shift estimate: required gross = planned gross × (assumed A ÷ actual A, capped ±); rate = machine's last 6 producing shifts. Next batch's first cap+body TT must be READY by the start of the shift the current batch ends in; preparation begins one TT-prep window (8 h, tunable in Masters) earlier.
Sheet 1 — Month summary (machine-wise, all batches)
The mother charge in the Melter-Mixer Tank. Transfer tanks link back to it for full traceability to the vendor gelatine batch.

Charges — All floors
Starting a charge while another is unexhausted raises an alert, not a block — spare MMT capacity can be used to fast-track a charge.

Plan the batch
Enter a batch to see the solution it needs. Gross comes straight from Planning, so GPR and Planning always agree.
Enter transfer tanks — Cap & Body together
Pick the batch and both side tables auto-fill from Planning and the machine master. Enter each tank's actuals in its side, then Complete TT entry — the tanks are created and their labels are printed from the panel below (separate action). Material movements post to the ledger on completion.

Shift log — tanks entered
Every tank saved here stays in the log — click its next action whenever ready (label → scan in → scan out → issue). Work resumes from wherever it was left.

Reuse material — Ledger A
Four accounts. Cutting and oily salvage are entered here; AIM and printed salvage arrive from Tracking, and cap/body cuttings from DPR, as PENDING receipts above — they join stock when the chemist accepts them.
Pending receipts — awaiting GPR acceptance

Oily salvage entry & corrections
v55J: cuttings now arrive from DPR and AIM/Printing/PI salvage from Tracking through the pending-receipt queue above — oily salvage is the one stream with no upstream feed, so it (and corrections) are entered here.
Legacy stock — Ledger B
The pre-implementation pile. Seed it once before the first tank is issued; after that it only draws down.
Seed one row per storage location. Draws are recorded against the location they came from, so each area's remaining balance stays accurate.
Yield
Target 103% — the 3% moisture gain between 12%-moisture virgin gelatine and 15%-moisture finished capsules, less about 1% wash loss.

Propose stock for crushing
The Manager proposes, an Admin decides. On approval the stock is debited and the quantity lands on the floor and daily yield — never on a single batch.

Batch reconciliation
Everything about one batch: status, charges, tanks, ledger movements and the full yield working.
Inputs log — every material into MMT & TT
One register of all inputs consumed: gelatine, water and additives charged in MMT, and virgin/colour/FG-remelt/salvage/cutting/colourants issued in every transfer tank. Consolidate day-wise or batch-wise; MMT rows are floor-level (no batch) so batch filters and batch grouping show TT inputs only.
Pick a range and Load.
Label history — every generated TT label
Complete register of label generations, like Tracking's label history. Filter by batch, PC, machine, floor, side or date; a row's Log opens its full movement trail, 🏷 reprints the label.
Pick filters and Load.
Product code ↔ colour codes — add / update
New PCs and shade developments enter here — the map and every colour datalist update automatically, no rebuild. Enter an existing PC to amend it; the current mapping shows as you type.
Masters
Machine tank sizes, capsule weights, colourants and process constants. The Manager and Admin can edit; everyone else reads.
